Challenges of a rising trend
The world’s complexity and diversity has never been more patent than today. As we are globally being united in every aspect of our lives, we are also becoming aware of arising differences that are mounting parallel to globalisation. And the trend is swiftly on a rise. Hence, there is a dire need for cultural understanding in order to bring harmony and inclusiveness to this ever united but diverse world. In Norway, the society is getting coloured by diverse new citizens that are taking an active role in forming a new culture with a new pool of human resources. For our society to actively include these resources there is an increasing need to build bridges between various melting pot of cultures from the Norwegian rural areas to labour migrants, refugees, students and the list goes on.
Aiming for a healthier cultural environment
Our company creates a knowledge-based bridge between various cultural backgrounds at social, economical and educational institutions, starting with businesses, civil societies, governmental agencies, political organisations, municipalities, universities and schools. Our diverse groups of consultants have distinctive career experiences, cultural knowledge brought together from different continents, and understandings of the unique complexity that each culture fundamentally brings into our society. In addition, our consultants will be able to communicate different needs through advanced courses, seminars, workshops and training exercise for Norwegian institutions working in Norway and/or abroad. Our consultants can also act as a third party mediators in case of cultural misunderstandings and conflicts.
